I spent years traveling for work and wondering where to put everything.
For 25 years, business travel was part of my life. I knew the routine: crowded gates, full tables, a laptop in one hand, and a drink in the other. I kept thinking there had to be a better way. That thought became Travel Ledge.
How the idea began
I wasn’t trying to reinvent travel. I just needed somewhere to set my things.
After so many flights, the problem was always the same. The gate was crowded, the tables were taken, and the few open surfaces were rarely where I needed to be. I was left juggling a laptop, phone, drink, and carry-on.
My suitcase was always right beside me, so I started asking a simple question: could it become the space I was missing? I wanted something I would actually pack. It had to be light, quick to set up, easy to wipe clean, and slim enough to tuck away when it was time to board.
That question at the gate became Travel Ledge: a compact surface that turns compatible rolling luggage into a more useful place to pause, work, or keep everyday essentials close.
Travel is full of in-between moments. I wanted to make those moments a little easier.
I still love to travel. Travel Ledge is my way of making the waiting, working, and in-between moments feel a little more like your own.
What I care about
A useful product should make sense the moment you use it.
I want travelers to know what Travel Ledge fits, how it works, and what to expect before they buy. That means honest compatibility guidance, clear setup instructions, and a product that folds slim when it is time to move.
